Stampin' Up! has a wonderful bundle in the Occasions catalog that I was fortunate enough to get. The Lift me up bundle includes not only the stamp set, but the coordinating dies, and if you purchase them together you save 10%.  It's a great deal because the set is so versatile. You can use it for birthday cards, thank you cards or just a pick me up card to a close friend or family member.

I made this card using the bundle along with the stitched shapes frame lets.

I've been into making cards for the past five years or so.  Like a lot of paper crafters, I started out scrap booking.  I still do it but there is something about making a card that gives instant gratification to my impatient creative mind.  I love to have a project done start to finish in  a good hour.  Not so when it comes to scrap booking because there's all these moments, pictures and times to remember.  I might be exaggerating but that's how it seems to me. My Fave Monday...I'm an artist

It's Monday already?  How did that happen?  (okay, that's called a rhetorical question, please keep reading)  I swear lately, the weeks go by so fast I'm forgetting what day it was yesterday after realizing what day it is today. I just got back from a fantastic weekend spent with family and I'm slowly coming down from the happiness high that lingers when you surround yourself with the comfort of familiarity and the people you love unconditionally.  It really is the best to be with those you love the most.
