Back round Stamp Tip

I was doing so good too!  I decided to use up some of my scraps, leftover from other projects, mess on my desk to make this pretty little card. 

I even got out my Distress inks and did the whole, old paper look along with using a back round stamp.  I haven't used a back round stamp in awhile!  I also made sure to adhere everything really well.  I used Scor-Tape on the back of my lovely stamped image and Fabri-Tac for the sentiment.  I mean, this sucker is not coming off! 

Now, after looking at the picture I took, I wish I would've used re positional tape...
Here's a great tip when using a large back round stamp with typography:
BEFORE ADHERING IT TO YOUR CARD FRONT, MAKE SURE IT'S THE RIGHT SIDE UP!

We all make mistakes, right?  Most of the time, I'm just hoping no one notices.

I've been into making cards for the past five years or so.  Like a lot of paper crafters, I started out scrap booking.  I still do it but there is something about making a card that gives instant gratification to my impatient creative mind.  I love to have a project done start to finish in  a good hour.  Not so when it comes to scrap booking because there's all these moments, pictures and times to remember.  I might be exaggerating but that's how it seems to me. Sayonara Sunday Stamping

I have been MIA for awhile on my blog and feel like I have some 'splaining to do...I got a full time job. I haven't worked a full time job in eighteen years. When I had my daughter (she's 18 now) I went to part time work so I could take care of her, then to full time stay at home mom when I had my second daughter. We never wanted anyone else taking care of our kids, and like so many other parents out there, we decided I would only work part time if needed while we raised our kids. I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to be there for my children when they needed me most. I have to say that it was and always has been a conscious choice. Life is full of choices and we chose to have two wonderful children with a Mom who could stay home to raise them. I know what it's like to be left to daycare, preschools, babysitters and family members while growing up and I never wanted that for my own children.
