Awhile back I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to make a dimensional flower out of flat, Ala Prima, flower petals we all have tons of in our stash.  Well, I guess I shouldn't speak for all.  It's more like, "I" have tons in "MY" stash or rather, hoard of paper crafting products.  Yeah, I'll own it!  I have way too much of a good thing going on in my craft room.  Any help or inspiration I can get for using the things I already have without going out and buying something new is a consideration.  Depending on the cool factor of said inspiration.  I have standards, you know. The thing is, I can't remember who it was I watched or what channel.  It is so simple and so easy that I can't resist not sharing the technique.  It just sucks that I can't give credit where credit is due. Look what came in the mail this week... I know, I need more stamps like I need another hole in my head!  Wait, I don't mean "another"!  As far as I know, there are no holes residing in my magnificent cranium, but there might be a bump or two.  I'm pretty sure I just screwed up that whole analogy.  You know what I mean though, right? What artist/craft doer, out there, doesn't like stamps?  (FYI, that was a rhetorical question)...Especially ones you can purchase for over half off?  I mean, these babies aren't cheap...(rhetoric, rhetoric, rhetoric)  Just looking at the picture and guesstimating retail, you're going to spend ninety bucks for six sets of high quality, photo polymer, clear, Hero Arts stamps.  And I got all, pictured above, for about twenty dollars at twopeasina bucket (not including shipping).  A sweet deal I couldn't pass up one night while in full online retail therapy. Uhg...so sorry!  My father in law is sick and in the hospital and my 15 year old cat had a seizure tonight!  Really?  All at once!  When it rains, it pours!  Praying they will all be okay and can get back to normal by next week.  We'll see with the outcome of the doctor appointments.  Hold those you love close!  Take care and see you soon! 

I've been on the hunt for the perfect paper crafting adhesive ever since I started scrap booking with that annoying little Creative Memories tape runner.  I know, a lot people swear by the CM tape runner but when I use it, I mostly swear at it! The fact that I had to somehow finagle the little tape and feed it with one finger, while simultaneously adhering it to my project, made me think there's got to be an easier way.  Come to find out, there is! Over the years I've amassed quite the collection of different adhesives.   Wanna see? Who knew there were so many ways to glue? Each one has a purpose, depending on the project and object of desired adhesion.  On the other hand, some are just redundant and a waste of time and money.  I sincerely thought my search was over in 2008 when I plunked down $50 for a Scotch ATG gun.  The initial investment was quite pricey but when you do the math on the replacement tape, you can't beat paying only $2...
